The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) will start their 6 week classes this Saturday at the United Methodist Church. This is a family to family class that addresses how to deal with a family member that struggles with mental illness.
Judy Robbins talks about the goals of the family to family NAMI classes.
The one thing you can be assured is that you are not alone. There are many families that deal with the very same issues as Judy Robbins talks about her own personal testimony.
Judy wants everyone to know that there is a support group that meets regularly to talk through the different family issues that can come up when dealing with mental illness of a loved one.
Judy provides contact information for any to reach out for some help.
Remember, the classes start this Saturday the 14th at the United Methodist Church.
