The Lowry boys basketball team has hit a rough patch where they just can’t find a way to win as they dropped a 49-30 decision to the Elko Indians the other night. Lowry once again played short-handed as forward Kobe Stoker sat out again with a sprained ankle. The Buckaroos play very hard but unfortunately they don’t have the wins to show for it. One of the problems is the boys can’t put the ball in the basket after working their tales off on the offensive end to get a good look at the basket.
The effort it was Coach Peters is most proud of as he tells Buckaroo Broadcasting.
One thing you can count on is that this team hasn’t given up and neither has the coaching staff as they prepare for a very important league game tomorrow night as they host Spring Creek. Kobe Stoker should be available for the game which will help the Bucks try and get on the winning track. Coach Peters, despite the record, loves this team.
Buckaroo Radio Pure Gold 92.1fm and streamed on the internet the game this Friday at Lowry High School as the boys host Spring Creek at 7:30pm.
